Amar El-Deen Custard
- Cut amar el-deen into small pieces and put them in a bowl of hot water; blend until smooth.
- Mix cornstarch in water and then add it to the amar el-deen; mix well with a spoon. Place the mix on medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture becomes stiff.
- Add blossom water and rose water. Stir well and boil for a minute. Pour in glasses and store in the refrigerator.
- Garnish with almonds, pine nuts, and pistachios.

- Cornstarch, 3 Tbsp
- Rose water, 1 Tbsp
- Blossom water, 1 Tbsp
- Hot water, 2 cups
- Water, ½ cup
- Almond halves, 2 Tbsp
- Pine nuts, 2 Tbsp
- Pistachios, 2 Tbsp
