Victoria Beckham's Secret to Staying Fit

Posh is 42 years of age. Yep, 42. And while we prefer to believe that her slim figure is a gift from the heavens above, we are here to bring you all back down to reality.

 

Mrs. Beckham runs four miles at 6 am every day on her treadmill. This mom of four knows that it takes planning… early planning… to get that exercise time into her schedule. In regards to her nutrition plan, she boasts a system of portion control and laughs at the insinuation that she has an eating disorder. She works for her body.

 

Victoria told Allure, "I'm not one of those people who can't eat carbs. I eat a lot. I do. I run four miles a day on the treadmill. I know that works for me, so I've kind of trained myself. I do lift weights."

 

Her diet consists of plenty of fresh veggies, fruits, beans, seeds, and nuts. She focuses on a diet high in alkaline producing foods with the goal to reduce acid buildup. And speaking about ‘au natural,’ she removed her breast implants a couple of years ago.

 

Victoria gives plenty of credit to her overall success in life to her husband David Beckham.

 

“David is the most wonderful man I have ever met," she said. "He’s a fantastic father. He’s incredibly talented, a wonderful husband. I supported him for many years, and he’s proud of me. He supports me. We’re very equal at home.”
