METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Combine 1/3 cup of low fat plain yogurt with 1/3 cup of fat free milk and 1/4 cup of mixed berries such as strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, or cranberries.
  • Blend with 1 tbsp honey.
  • Allow to freeze after dividing among 3 pop molds.
