5 Things NOT To Put In Your Mouth

We aren’t talking about choking hazards here; we are focusing on how to remain svelte and healthy!  Here are some definite things you should avoid at all costs for the sake of your wellbeing.


1. Trans Fats: Whether an item says shortening, hydrogenated, or partially hydrogenated on the box, throw it back onto the shelf. You deserve better than that!


2. Glucose-Fructose: Commonly used in sugary drinks, stay away from such unhealthy ingredients that can give your good health a shake.


3. MSG: This ‘flavor enhancer’ is not your friend. Avoid it at all costs to remain on a healthy track. Your body and mind will thank you in the end.


4. Artificial Sweeteners: Skip the fake sugar stuff! Either get off your sugar craving by cutting it out completely, or go the natural way with a spoon of honey.


5. Artificial Colors: Linked to allergies and even ADHD and ADD, skip the rainbow of artificial colors that are within many products.
