Striving to be Forever Young

You can choose to be forever young or you can opt to age. Beauty comes from within... and is revealed externally. In some countries, age is determined by a number, by flexibility, or by illness; in other parts of the world, aging is considered taboo and is artificially altered by surgery, fillers, or Botox.

 

The first solution to looking, being, and feeling younger is to find yourself and answer the question: Who are you? Once you truly know who are you, begin to love yourself from within. The following are several simple approaches to create a younger, happier, and healthier you.

 

Meditation

Become in tune with your body through meditation. Try to find the joy in your world and in your life! Joy is not sought, nor purchased; it is the slowdown of external forces of society and the re-entry of your energies into the natural rhythms of nature. For example, seeing a rainbow or a flower can bring joy. Once you are able to find and feel joy, close your eyes and focus on your arteries. Start to send them love and envision a red light cleaning your arteries from head to toe. When our arteries get clogged, they do not receive the right amount of oxygen and nutrients, and as a result, you begin to age.

 

Herbs and Supplements

In Ayurveda, an ancient medicine native to India, Turmeric and Curcumin are extremely powerful herbs in creating a younger, healthier you (always consult with a doctor before taking any supplements or herbs). They are antioxidant, antiviral, antifungal, anticancer, and more.

 

Exercise, flexibility, nutrition

In addition to staying young, exercise and focus on maintaining a flexible body and mind, with happy and loving thoughts for yourself and others. Drink lots of fresh water, eat colorful vegetables and fruits, stay in the optimum weight range, and avoid blood sugar spikes.

 

Massage

Your body and organs love massage and the special care and attention that you give yourself. Try using the middle and index finger to brush your eyebrows from the inner corners to the outside edges several times, and then end by taking your right hand on your forehead and left hand onto the back of your neck.

 

You can reverse aging now; it is never too late. Trust your inner child to guide you into a new journey of self transforming your physical, mental, and emotional self.
