Health conscious fanatics listen up! You CAN satisfy your sweet tooth without ruining your healthy diet plan. It simply takes some know-how and some imagination!


Here are some go-to hacks and snacks to please your taste buds without feeling guilty in the end:


1. Chocolate-Dipped Strawberry

This is a fantastic way to satisfy your chocolate craving! Simply dip a couple of fresh, juicy strawberries into some melted dark chocolate and enjoy. Don’t forget to let them set in the fridge to harden up a bit.


2. Frozen Chocolate Banana

Since bananas are super healthy and loaded with vitamins C, B6, fiber, and potassium, they are ideal for freezing and then rolling into some melted dark chocolate. Just add a sprinkle of healthy crushed nuts and you are ready to roll.


3. Yogurt Parfait

Top 1 cup of low fat yogurt with anything from crumbled graham crackers or granola… to even nuts and fruit! You can also add a few chocolate chips and some coconut for a tropical twist.

If you can get your hands on some natural peanut butter, this will be your new go-to snack. Top fresh celery sticks with peanut butter and crunch away. You tackle your sweet tooth and your salty craving all at once.


8. Apple Slices with Almond Butter

It can’t get easier than this snack… spread some almond butter on slices of apple for a sweet and filling snack. If you aren’t an apple fan, go for any fruit of your choice.
