5 Ways to Feel Better Naked

A recent study out of the UK found that one in six women do not feel comfortable stripping down naked in front of their mates. Approximately 2,000 women were surveyed.


Sixteen percent claimed not getting naked in front of their partners for a year or more, forty six percent of the women stated they lacked confidence in regards to their shape, and thirty percent claimed that it all boiled down to a lack of sexual interest.


Twenty one percent claimed to be so upset about the way their bodies looked that they couldn't even see themselves naked! Most experts suggest that women nowadays are feeling insecure about their bodies with all of the photo shopped images out there of celebrities and models alike.


Our advice to you all is to enjoy your body whatever shape, form, or size it is! Remember: confidence it sexy! Own your body, take care of it, love it....and  your mate with love it too!


Here are 5 tips to boost your confidence when you strip down to your bare nothings!


1. Dim the lights or light some candles. Everyone looks better without bright lights overhead! Give youself a break and set the sexy mood.


2. Invest in fantastic lingerie. No matter what your body type, some sexy lingerie will always put you and your mate in the mood. 


3. Feel sexy getting ready! Spritz on your favorite perfume (or his) on all the spots that count. Take the time to cream up and feel like the sexy creature you are deep inside.


4. Skip the negative thoughts. Think about how sexy you feel at the moment. Own it. The more confident you feel in your own skin... the more appealing you are to others!


5. Take care of your body. Eating a healthy diet and getting regular exercise will boost your self confidence which boosts your inner sexiness. Love yourself first!
