- Work out regularly: Following a proper and structured strength-training program can make you feel years younger. The micro-tears your muscles endure while strength training (when done properly) can strengthen your muscles fibers... making you feel stronger and better than ever.
- Take time for yourself: Do not neglect yourself both inside and out. Keep your hair, nails, and body in the best shape ever. When you look good, you feel good. It's not necessarily about vanity, but more about your sanity! Looking great makes everyone feel fresh and youthful.
